Baby & Me Yoga

Come and join us for a morning of connection, stretching, and bonding with your baby. Hosted by Dana DeMaire.

Dana began her yoga journey in her home state of RI. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and later expanded her expertise with an 80-hour prenatal yoga certification through Soul Works International.

Through her yoga offerings Dana focuses specifically on creating a safe space for you and your baby to connect and grow together.

Baby & Me Barre

Hosted by Kayla Koury, This class will take place Wednesdays, from 12-1 PM, starting on April 15th.

This low-impact, high-energy class that combines strength training, toning, and stretching, all with your baby attached to your body.

Expect small, precise movements that strengthen and sculpt your entire body—especially your core, glutes, and thighs—all in a welcoming, supportive space. Perfect for all levels; beginners welcome!

NOTE: Babies aged 0-12 months that can fit in a babywearing wrap. You must bring your own.

Prenatal Yoga Series

Join us Saturday, April 11, and Saturday, April 25, from 12 - 1 pm for two afternoons of movement and connection with you and your baby.

A gentle, supportive class designed by Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Dana DeMaire, to help you build strength, release tension, and connect with your changing body and baby. Perfect for all trimesters—come move, breathe, and prepare for birth in a cozy, welcoming space.

This class is open to all moms at any stage of their pregnancy. We hope to see you there!

Women’s Barre Series

Join us each Friday, for 4-weeks, starting April 10, from 12 - 1 pm for an afternoon of movement and strengthening.

Infant Safety Class

Hosted by the Hot Moms Club, come equip yourself with life-saving skills in our Infant CPR and Safety class on Saturday, April 18th from 10am - 12pm.

This crucial course provides hands-on training in infant CPR and teaches you how to respond effectively to choking emergencies. Beyond CPR, you'll learn vital safety practices, including home safety tips, car seat guidelines, and strategies for preventing common infant injuries. Gain the confidence and knowledge to protect your little one in critical situations by enrolling in this empowering and potentially life-saving class. No-Bake Baking Workshop

Come together to create a variety of healthy, anti-inflammatory, and yummy treats with other women from the East Bay Area on Tuesday, March 31, from 11am - 12:30pm.

Spend an early afternoon with us during the week to create 3-5 different anti-inflammatory, low-carb, nutrient-dense treats together (no-bake fat bombs, nut + seed pastries, chocolate peanut bites, saffron pistachio treats, etc.).

The goal is to walk away with some practical, delicious alternatives to pastries and candy that you can then make at home for you and your family.
