A Space for Women to Connect, Learn & Thrive

Motherhood as Metamorphosis

Motherhood as Metamorphosis is a four-part workshop series for new moms in the first year of parenthood. Together we’ll explore the identity shifts of early motherhood, learn about the concept of matrescence, and connect with other moms navigating similar experiences.

Expect thoughtful conversation, gentle reflection, and a welcoming community where both you and your baby are invited to show up exactly as you are.

We highly recommend taking all four sessions to gain a sense of community as you take each workshop, however we offer individual sign-ups if you cannot make it to each session.

Session 1: Tuesday, April 7

Session 2: Tuesday, April 14

Session 3: Tuesday, April 21

Session 4: Tuesday, April 28

Find it. Feel it. Use it.  Understanding Your Pelvic Floor

Discover how to locate, connect with, and strengthen your pelvic floor for better core stability, bladder control, less pressure, less pain and everyday confidence.

Most women think they know their pelvic floor—but very few have actually felt it, understood it, or learned how to use it effectively.

In this practical and approachable talk on April 9, from 6-7pm, pelvic health physical therapist Dr. Jennifer Reynolds will guide you through the steps to:

  • Find your pelvic floor muscles

  • Feel how they work in connection with your core

  • Use them effectively in daily movement, exercise, and life

Whether you’ve experienced leaking, pressure, postpartum changes, or just want to feel stronger and more connected from the inside out, this talk will give you the knowledge and tools to build true core confidence—with practical skills you can use right away.

Come together to create a variety of healthy, anti-inflammatory, and yummy treats with other women from the East Bay Area on Tuesday, March 31, from 11am - 12:30pm.

Spend an early afternoon with us during the week to create 3-5 different anti-inflammatory, low-carb, nutrient-dense treats together (no-bake fat bombs, nut + seed pastries, chocolate peanut bites, saffron pistachio treats, etc.).

The goal is to walk away with some practical, delicious alternatives to pastries and candy that you can then make at home for you and your family.
