Hosted by Kayla Koury, This class will take place Wednesdays, from 10:30-11:30 AM.
This low-impact, high-energy class that combines strength training, toning, and stretching, all with your baby attached to your body.
Expect small, precise movements that strengthen and sculpt your entire body—especially your core, glutes, and thighs—all in a welcoming, supportive space. Perfect for all levels; beginners welcome!
NOTE: Babies aged 0-24 months that can fit in a baby-wearing wrap. You must bring your own.
