Wintering Well: A Mom’s Workshop on Rest, Regulation, and Renewal

Join us for a Sunday filled with relaxation and connection at The Livingroom Collective, on Sunday, February 8, from 11 am - 12:30 pm.

Liza Ruggiero will lead a restorative yoga flow focused on establishing (or re-establishing) self-regulation strategies that can be employed during chaotic times. She will then offer space for participants to share their personal and family values, working towards finding ways to fully honor those values during high-demand periods of parenthood.

Together, you will connect, share, and inspire one another to more fully care for ourselves and each other during this winter season.

Baby & Me Yoga Series

Join us each Saturday, for 4-weeks, starting January 31, from 10 - 11 am for a morning of movement and connection with your baby.

Jocelyn Santos-Luong will lead a gentle postnatal morning yoga session with you and your baby, where you will connect, stretch, and bond with your baby. Ease back into movement while rebuilding strength, releasing tension, and supporting recovery. Feeding, diaper changes, fussing, crying, and naps are all welcome parts of class.

This is recommended for babies between the ages of 8 weeks and 12 months.

Weekly Kundalini Yoga

Join us each Sunday from 5 - 7 pm for an evening of movement with Yoga Kundalini instructor, Sarah Mycroft.

Join Sarah each week as you move through the living wheel of the year — honoring the natural cycles that shape our bodies, our nervous systems, and our inner landscapes. Each class is an invitation to align your breath, energy, and intention with the turning of the seasons.

Through kundalini kriya, breathwork, mantra, and meditation, you’ll explore themes drawn from the ever-shifting wheel. A new seasonal product care package available each week - you can add when booking if interested.

Together, you will connect, share, and inspire one another to more fully care for ourselves and each other during this winter season.

Small Leather Bag Making Workshop

Elin Johansson Antonelli of basäder will host two focused mornings immersed in the craft of leatherwork in this introductory level leather course, taking place Tuesdays, February 10 and February 17, from 11 am -2:30 pm.

Learn to cut, glue, bevel, stitch by hand or on the industrial sewing machine, burnish edges, and install hardware using minimal equipment and precise, simple methods.

Leave with a beautifully finished small leather bag crafted and detailed by you. You’ll gain both a functional piece and the confidence to keep designing and creating.
